My alarm didn't ring

Check that alarms are allowed: Settings › Larkup › Alarms. Larkup uses iOS alarms, so it rings in Silent mode and Focus once alarms are allowed.

I pressed Stop and it rang again

That's on purpose. Stopping the alarm before the mission is done brings it back a few minutes later. Finish the mission to turn it off for the morning.

I can't find my item or the scan won't work

Hold “Can't do it?” at the bottom of the mission for 3 seconds (6 in Heavy sleeper mode) and type the sentence shown. The alarm turns off, but that morning won't count toward your streak.

Steps aren't counting

Allow Motion & Fitness: Settings › Larkup › Motion & Fitness. Without it, Larkup offers a math mission instead, so you're never stuck.

Camera missions don't open

Allow the camera: Settings › Larkup › Camera. Nothing is recorded — frames are checked on your iPhone and thrown away.

Change my wake-up mode

In Larkup: Settings › Wake-up mode. You can keep the missions of your existing alarms or switch them all.

Restore Larkup Pro

In Larkup: Settings › Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription.

Widgets and the lock screen countdown

Touch and hold your Home Screen › + › Larkup. The countdown appears on the lock screen when your next alarm is less than 12 hours away.
